The A=V is a festival and work-lab for artists=developers and creative
individuals who are exploring
real-time audiovisual processing and who want to come together for a
mutual exchange of ideas.
The A=V planed to be an annual event optimized for live audiovisual art
and experimental electronics.
It is aiming to represent the potential of independent artistic
expressions in the digital domain and to encourage experimental
activities.

For all  categories of the program we are interested in submissions 
primarily
focused on equal or balanced interrelation of image & sound preferably
based on free/open source soft/hard ware;
self designs/home made techniques; use of forgotten technologies;
unconventional/unexpected use of tools/mechanical, technological or
computing practices.

A=V01 is hosted and supported by DoKU e.V. Domagkstr.33 Munich
which will be the main location for the event this year.

It is initiated and directed by media-artist/curator Natalia Borissova
in collaboration with Artur Zab.
