I didn't receive this, but (assuming the above is the actual full headers
from the message) I know where it originated.

It's originating from IP address [194.109.160.162] which is an address for
a dialup owned by domain <xs4qll.nl>.  Complaints to:  <abuse@xs4all.nl>.
