[Nettime-bold] Classes on 'Capital' |
The Alliance for Workers' Liberty is organising a ten week course on Karl Marx's Capital, volume 1, to run from 18 October to Christmas. Each of the ten sessions will be run twice weekly, so that you have the choice of attending on Wednesday or on Sunday evening each week. We urge all members of the Alliance of Workers' Liberty, and other interested socialists, to attend. The basic reading for the course will be Otto Ruhle's abridgement of Capital, though of course the more students who read Marx's whole text, the better. The first instalment of Ruhle's abridgement can be found on the web at: www.workersliberty.org/wlmags/wl58/capital1.htm Sessions: 7pm to 9pm Wednesdays from 18 October at the Lucas Arms, 245a Grays Inn Road, London WC1, near Kings Cross. 7pm to 9pm Sundays from 22 October at the Red Lion, 172 Westminster Bridge Rd, London SE1.
