                | Our inaugural issue is dedicated to
embracing the New Year, new beginnings and new technology. The
New Year is a good time to take stock of your Internet
strategy—a good time to determine what works and what needs
improvement. Maybe your company could use a better credit card
processing solution, a website face-lift, or an e-Learning
solution to better train your sales force. Hopefully, this
newsletter gives you insight and inspires you to give thought
to making some empowering changes through the use of a new
technology strategy. This first issue is distributed in
                  collaboration with Computerworld and
                  Postmaster.com..

                | Imagine being Florida’s largest natural gas provider.
Imagine processing thousands of payments by mail, in-person
and by phone. Now imagine some of the dilemmas associated with
manual processing--lots of sorting, delayed deposits,
equipment breakdowns and shortages and the inability to
                  pinpoint and reconcile human errors.
Teco Energy, Inc. (NYSE: TE) (www.peoplesgas.com)
responded to these and other processing problems by modifying
the way they took credit card payments. Teco needed a
universal, “virtual terminal” system that could be operated
from any desktop computer, a solution where each users roles
and rights were customizable, a solution that could accurately
handle a high volume of transactions in real-time and a
solution that could be later integrated with an online bill
                  presentment and payment system.
                   ODM’s CreditFlow™
credit card processing solution was the simple and
cost-effective solution for many of Teco’s processing
problems. Unlike traditional credit card terminals, CreditFlow™ does not require any
costly software installation, configuration, network build out
or expensive hardware. Rather, CreditFlow™ is a flexible,
browser-based, hosted application that is accessible from any
desktop computer with an Internet connection.
                   CreditFlow™ was
developed using Microsoft Site Server Commerce edition, which
features built in security features, MS SQL 2000 and XML. The
use of these technologies makes the CreditFlow™ application
secure, flexible, extensible and easy to install. CreditFlow
easily integrates into an existing credit card processing
system for a fluid, hassle-free installation.
Here are a few additional benefits of the CreditFlow™ technology
                  infrastructure:
                   •
powerful personalization with XSL design• ODBC
complaint--can capture, retrieve and manipulate (customer)
                  data from a secondary source
 • integrates with Cybersource,
                  Verisign, and Authorize.net.

                | ;) Until recently English became somewhat of the
"lingua franca" for web content and communication for many
multinational companies. Such was the case for Vutek, the
global leader for inventing wide and superwide digital inkjet
printing technology. For a number of years Vutek used a
disparate or “piecemeal” Internet-based solution to deliver
content and resources to their customers through the use of
FTP, restricted websites, and email messaging. For the most
part the “system” worked. Information was routinely updated,
but there was no guarantee that the content was delivered in
the customer’s language preference or that the right customers
were getting word of the updated information. Vutek lacked a
                  company-wide system that kept a record of a customer’s
language preferences, document requests or transaction
                  history.
Despite some of the shortcomings of Vutek’s ad hoc
content and transaction system, the Company was not ready to
abandon Internet delivery and globalization. Instead, Vutek
was willing and ready to make an investment to better serve
not just their English speaking consumers, but their global
audience that spanned 6 continents. ODM knew that employing XML and XSL could dramatically
improve Vutek’s delivery, transaction and globalization
strategy. ODM collaborated with each of Vutek’s departments
and identified the “common denominators”, overlaps, and
misusages of time, money and resources. ODM swiftly devised a
new frontend website interface to help Vutek broadcast it’s
new message and strategy in 7 languages. ODM also created a
company-wide DMS (document management system) and UAMS (User
Account Management System). The UAMS classifies customers by
the printers they own and by their language preference. Today,
Vutek’s customers get email notifications about the latest
documents, tech advisories, class schedules and other
important information. In addition, to improving the management of documents
and user accounts, the back office administration tool also
allows Vutek to issue various user rights for employees,
update the global website in 7 languages and handle all
                  e-commerce transactions. | |

                | These days schools, corporations and non-profit
organizations are pressured to provide cost effective ways for
delivering online instruction. Many of the current tools in
the market are overpriced, expensive and require considerable
                  in-house expertise and resources.
 ODM is
creating cost-effective e-learning solutions for the web and
Computer-Based Training (CBT). We specialize in producing
customized web authoring tools that allow our clients to
instantly publish courses online with text, images, audio and
                  multimedia.

The Jewish Board of Family and
Children Services (JBFCS) has chosen ODM as their
vendor for delivering the “continuing education courses for
mental health professionals” over the web.
