Chongqing electric machine federation Ltd, is a plural stock company through asset recombining from chongqing electric machinery factory which was the second class of the state large sized enterprise and is more than seventy years old. It has inherited all of the manufacturing technology and management experience from chongqing electric machinery factory. It has absorbed all of the technicians and most oftCchnical works from chongqing electric machinery factory It has perfect manageent system accordance with modemized enterprise institution. It is a national key enterprise with ISO9001 certification and a professional manufacforing enterprise in medium and small sized AC motors, DC motors, generators and generator units.
The covering area of CEMF is 336,000m2;The constructive area is 96,000m2.There are 2352 workers and staffs,including 5O6 engineers and techicians,262 senior engineers.The average age of the emPloyee is 34.3 years old,82 percent are under 45 years old. The main products of CEMF are A.C.,D.C. motors,medium and small sized generators,hydraulic turbine,and etC..It can also wholly supply the medium and small sized hydrogenerator units.These products are comprised of more than 70 series,l2O types and 46OO different specfications.Annual outPut is 180,000,000 yuan.
CEMF is equipped with various kinds of equipments and instruments.The total quamity is 1150,including 64l main productive equipments.Complete testing and measuring facilities are adopted by CEMF,such as Special Environment Lab.The Center Lab of CEMF is authorized by the Govemment to supervise quality and inspect commodity of electric machines in Chongqing.The Electric Machine Research Institute and the Electrical Technology Research Institute specialize in developing new products and researching new technology.The computer auxiliry design management technology is widely used in scientific research design management and administration.
CEMF has cooperated with domestic famous universities and scientific research institute over a long period of time.It developed technical cooperation with the Electrechics Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and undertook national major industrial projectresearching and developing the motor of electric car project.It developed the asynchronous generator and the switch reluctance motor together with Chongqing University.
