LEY DE SERVICIOS DE
LA SOCIEDAD DE LA INFORMACIÓN Y DEL COMERCIO ELECTRÓNICO (LSSICE)
En
cumplimiento de la Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información
y de Comercio Electrónico (la LSSICE, recientemente aprobada por
el Parlamento español) y de la vigente Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de
Protección de Datos española, le comunicamos que su dirección
de correo electrónico forma parte de una base de datos de
usuarios al objeto de continuar ofreciéndole comunicados
informativos, ofertas o información de otra naturaleza
relacionados con la regulación y control, que consideramos de su interés,
también le informamos de la posibilidad de cancelación o
modificación de estos datos en cualquier momento.
Esta
Ley, que entró en vigor el pasado 12 de Octubre, equipara a las
empresas que operan a través de internet con las que realizan sus
operaciones en el mercado tradicional, exigiéndoles los mismos
requisitos legales para su funcionamiento y reconoce al
contrato celebrado y firmado por vía electrónica la misma
validez que uno real. Con esta Ley se favorece a las
empresas y profesionales que utilizan Internet como una
herramienta profesional, se persigue el intrusismo y se establecen
las garantías legales para el desarrollo de los negocios en este
medio.

Este e-mail es enviado en
cumplimiento de la ley 34/2002 de 11 de Julio, específicamente en lo que
se refiere al articulo 21 sobre comunicados comerciales. Ley pendiente
de reglamento de desarrollo y posibles modificaciones.

of Services of the Society of the Information and of Electronic Trade (the
LSSICE, recently approved by the Spanish Parliament) and of the effective
Organic Law 15/1999 of Spanish Protection of Data, we communicate you that
your electronic mail address is part from a database of users to
the object of continuing offering him informative official statements,
offer or information of another nature related with the regulation and
control that we consider of your interest, also we inform you of the
possibility of cancelation or modification of these data in any moment.
This Law, that went into effect the last October 12, equips to the
companies that operate through internet with those that carry out its
operations in the traditional market, demanding them the same legal
requirements for its operation and it recognizes to the celebrated
contract and signed for electronic means the same validity that one
real. With this Law it is favored the companies and professionals that use
Internet like a professional tool, the intrusismo it is pursued and the
legal guarantees settle down for the development of the business in this
environment.
