<nettime> fwd: internet-use among immigrants

Dear All,

the Rotterdam Arts Council starts a small investigation on the subject of
internet-use among immigrants. We like to know why they visit a site and
how one will get them to visit a cultural site. First I like to find out
if any has been written on the subject already. 

Can anybody help me?
