<nettime> Letter from America is no more

Alistair Cook has retired, ill it seems.

It will be a while before any blog achieves the carefully thought out 
prose that was his 15 mins a week.

(Whether or not you thought he was right or wrong, his style was 
impeccable and will be sadly missed).
