<nettime> RE: copyright |
To Whom It May Concern: It has come to my attention that you have placed a copy of my essay "On Bullshit" on several websites owned by your clients. The essay has recently been published as a book by the Princeton University Press. The management of the Press and I are concerned that the use of my essay may interfere with sales of the book. In any case, it constitutes a clear infringement of my copyright. I must ask you, therefore, to remove the essay from the following websites as soon as possible. http://www.mail-archive.com/nettime-l@bbs.thing.net/msg02508.html <http://amsterdam.nettime.org/Lists-Archives/nettime-l-0502/msg00037.html> http://amsterdam.nettime.org/Lists-Archives/nettime-l-0502/msg00037.html Sincerely, Harry Frankfurt # distributed via <nettime>: no commercial use without permission # <nettime> is a moderated mailing list for net criticism, # collaborative text filtering and cultural politics of the nets # more info: majordomo@bbs.thing.net and "info nettime-l" in the msg body # archive: http://www.nettime.org contact: nettime@bbs.thing.net
