<nettime> History of Computer Art, Update

I prepared an update of the "History of Computer Art". Now chapter
IV.1.2 contains many (precursors of) video synthesizers of the fifties
and sixties beside the ANIMAC and SCANIMATE:

Herbert W. Franke, Jeffrey Siedler and Jean-Noel Montagn?? shared with me
their knowledge as contemporary wittnesses: Thank you. Other chapters
contain minor corrections and extensions.
