Dear Patrick....

this is idiotic...to cut off all newsgroups...and unnecessary...

Just spread around the following list of PUBLIC ACCESS NEWS SERVERS
which can be used via newsreaders pointed to them (netscrape, newswatcher, etc),
even from France!

<LI><A HREF="http://www.altavista.digital.com">Altavista.digital.com
searcher ****</a><br>
<LI><A HREF="news://mikasa.iol.it">mikasa.iol.it ****</a><br>
<LI><A HREF="news://ns.cs.hku.hk">ns.cs.hku.hk ****</a><br>
<LI><A HREF="news://news.ak.net">news.ak.net ****</a><br>
<LI><A HREF="news://news.uni-hohenheim.de">news.uni-hohenheim.de ***</a><br>

Forget about the stupid local laws! They would have to filer all outgoing
international packets to stop the access to these feeds from France.

Happy newsreading!
