We juichen uiteraard deze nieuwe initiatief. Maar ...
(i)  hoe zit het inzake de 'prior art' in deze?
(ii) wat doet het met de belastingen? Men vergisse zich niet: de meeste
transacties, en arbeid, zijn belastbaar. Geen voorziening betekent vrijwel
automatisch onwet(mat)igheid ...
