is open ONLY for SHORT VIDEOS

and also for MILTIMEDIA projects.

Proposals are free, without any limitation of country and professional skills of participants.

Deadline: 1^st July 2002

Participation rules

ž Participation in the Festival is free.

ž Every video sent to the Festival will be viewed by the Jury.

ž Deadline for entries is 1^st July 2002

ž Only video (originally shoot on video) are accepted to participate in the contest. Film materials may be used in the process of video creation, but the completed work master-copy is to exist only on video.

ž Video timing may not exceed 60 minutes.

ž Video copies (to be sent to the contest) will not to be returned, but will be kept in the Festival archive.

ž Number of movies by the same author (sent to the contest) is not limited.

ž Videos only created in 1996 through 2002 are allowed to participate.

ž Videos only with a detailed participation request attached are allowed to participate.

ž When sending a videos by post, a mark saying «NO COMMERCIAL VALUE. FOR CULTURAL PURPOSES ONLY» is obligatory (excluding Russian participants).

ž If the video is not supplied with Russian or English subtitles, an attachment with English dialogs translation is obligatory.
