" Destul cu privitul pe furis la arta video si experimentele cinematografice in adaposturile culturale. Spectatorul de televiziune nici macar nu afla de existenta lor. Ne-am hotarat sa inapoiem arta fanilor video si TV. Arta video este unul dintre cele mai importante fenomene culturale actuale, un gen in care granitele interioare sunt cel mai eficient depasite prin conexiuni intre film, instalatie, cultura pop, comics, jocuri etc. Lucrarile video pe care le putem vedea de ani buni in muzee si spatii expozitionale se lovesc in mod constant de dezinteresul mass-media. 

Lucrarile video prezentate vor avea formatul unor emisiuni tipice de televiziune precum cele transmise pe posturi erotice, de stiri, documentare sau posturi pentru copii. Pentru fiecare lucrare va fi pregatita si o brosura avand formatul unui program TV obisnuit, din care spectatorii vor afla nu numai detalii despre diferitele lucrari video si eroii lor, ci si data si locul la care acestea pot fi urmarite. Sursa acestor show-uri o constituie creatia artistica din toata lumea. Reprezentantii cei mai importanti vor fi de data asta din Cehia cu o serie de lucrari selectate de  Ivan Mecl si Jiri Ptacek si din Germania, cu lucrari selectate de Spunk Seipel."

" Enough with watching video art secretly, in artistic venues. The TV audience cant even here about it. We have decided to give the video art back to the real video fans. Video art is one of the most important cultural phenomena today, a type of art which easily transcends inner borders by connecting films, installations, pop culture, comics, games etc. The video works that we can see in galleries are definitely facing a serious lack of interest from the media. 

The video works will be conceived as typical TV shows shown on erotic, news, documentaries or children channels and they will be accompanied by leaflets. The leaflets will be designed as a typical TV program where the audience will be able to find out more about the video works and tehir heroes, but also about the time and place where they can see those shows. The source of the shows is the artistic creation all around the world. The most represented this time will be the Czech Republic, with a selection of works done by Ivan Mecl and Jiri Ptacek and Germany, with works selected by Spunk Seipel."
