14.01.2001: directions for the transfer of the etoy.BONUS 
will be submitted by email: the etoy.CORPORATION is

etoy.WEBSITE. he is called to submit a clear declaration of 
his goals and reasons for his legal actions against etoy. 

to guarantee a fair voting process (and to avoid corruption) 
three independent observers will review the results and 
identities in the voting database between 31.01. and 06.02.

the etoy.MANAGEMENT plans to announce meeting 
results on february 7th 2001 or earlier.
