Dear colleague,

DICE is the first international on-line multi-lingual bulletin
which will provide an opportunity for managers, planners and
researchers in all aspects of the cultural sector, to receive (and
exchange) the latest information and news on policy initiatives,
research, surveys, reports and studies, data analysis, training
projects, conferences and seminars, and other relevant information.

This initiative has been launched by EUCLID, an independent agency
specialising in information and research services for the cultural
sector, and now established as the official UK Cultural Contact
Point, appointed by the European Commission and the UK government.

We hope you will consider subscribing to receive the DICE
bulletin, which is available at very reasonable rates for a minimum of
12 issues sent by e-mail.  There is a 20% discount for subscriptions
sent before 30 September (and, in addition, over 120 countries also
qualify for a 50% discount).  You can subscribe to DICE through the
