FRENCH-BALTIC-NORDIC VIDEO AND NEW MEDIA FESTIVAL
entitled �offline@online� intends to have a parallel exhibition of
videotapes and digital media consisting of two parts.

One part for video and experimental film and another for CD-ROMs, net.
art, net.video, digital cinema and other online forms of sound and
moving images.

We invite submissions from artists in the following categories:

   - cd-roms
   - net.video, net.audio, net.art

FESTIVAL PROGRAMME:

1. Videos from Baltics. Selections from Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
2. French video selection.
3. International selection. Collections or presentations from other
countries.
4. Digital art, net.art, CD-ROMs

FESTIVAL DATES

The Festival will take place November 19, 20, 21, 1998 at the Estonian
Academy of Arts.
